Bell Peppers are also 92% water, making them one of the highest water containing fruits and veggies. Bell peppers are really versatile, but as a snack idea and to hydrate yourself the most, you want to eat them raw. Try cutting them into dippable slices and pairing them with your favorite dip.

Organes aren’t only great for vitamin C. They are a great way to get water and hydrate yourself. Oranges contain 87% of water and are also a great source of potassium.
