We are curious shoppers, so when we see new things we tend to pick them up without hesitation and give them a try. We do however understand that everyone is not us and certain food items can be intimidating, especially if you have no clue what to do with them. Don’t stick to “vanilla” because of fear. Most berries are packed with antioxidants that are good for your overall health and your appearance. They are also great sources of fiber, good for your memory, and have properties that have been proven to fight cancer.
